Creeper Infiltration

Is creeper infiltration possible currently? Enemies don't drop powders, so how do you get the Green Powder needed for the creeper mask?

 

You should have kept your old powder. It will still be useful once the update comes out.

 

I know, I still have my powder, but what about someone that's just starting?

 

Either get it from someone else or go to that green powder relic it isn't too hard to get to it.

 

Relics don't give powders right now because powders aren't working.

 

good question... Luckily I have stacks of it...

 

The relics work , i tried it on blue and it gave me one ( blue powder 1 ) but u can't use it on weapons so the quest is possible , the npc's still take it , when we talk about the tier 3 - 5 powders they aren't added yet same with the powers they have
