Found this in a loot chest and it goes with the undertale theme of items :D

Papyrus was actually named after a type of paper that were used for scrolls and such, and is not a reference to Undertale, so you are literally wearing some paper for armour.

You get them from killing pirates in the improvised watchtowers in the ocean. They're cutlasses for some reason.

i got it from a pirate its a junk item called "Pirate's Cutlass"

 

find the Papyrus and find the Sans :3

 

I thought it was a pirates cutlass (I wasn't sure if the Pirates cutlass was suppose to be just flint, or flint and steal) but notice the bold text on the word "used"

 

Determination, Papyrus, Sans. inb4 Tem

 

If you use it on stuff, it takes damage.

I found this while I was doing the Lord of the Clock quest. When I went into Mt. Wynn I felt something being taken from my pockets, but when I looked back, nothing was there. A little later on My pReCiOuS wAs MiSsInG. wHeRe'S mY pReCiOuS!?
