Please Resolve This Issue!!

i had normal looking Ik-El-Van spear and Fierte spear post gavel, even picked these up from drop or loot last week, and went t o see reset skillpt NpC. Had my inventory open looking. Then server crashed. Now both my spears are garbled (purple coding). Its the 3rd time its happened. Once having pre-Gavel items. The other two times, post-Gavel 3rd update. I know it has been an issue, but i thought it was fixed seeing that i acquired these weapons and identified them and they looked normal.

PLEASE HELP ME STAFF OR ADMIN.!!

Or least let me know what is going on or steps taken to correct this??? (being as polite as possible without blowing my top)....what do you recommend? Toss these items out? Dont ever log into a class that has these items, like i have a montefiore chestplate in the bank. I dare not look into it now for fear that it will glitch eventhough Montefiore is properly identified and looks normal 20minutes ago.

 

It's just a bug. Expect it to be fixed soon.

 

I've seen the purple-named items show up sometimes. It doesn't mean anything and isn't permanent. They usually get replaced by the actual items if you're patient or just switch servers.
