Amadel Not Speaking In Exca Site D?

hi every1 i have this problem with traitor amadel not speaking. I dont have a picture so yea. im in the traitor camp and have given the map fragments to traitor thomas. so im in now, the quest book says talk to rebel leader traitor amadel. so i click him and he says nothing. i speak to the other 2 guys and they say stuff. do i have to talk to traitor amadel with a certain thing in my hand? pls help ._.

 

Do you have the note with the coords?

Do /fixquests and you will get the note back and he will start talking. (sorry for late reply)
