    So, I finished the quest and got Caissop's Master Piece but were do I sell it. He says "Some high class villager would pay top dollar for this." But were?

    At the top of the Cinfras Airbase, there is an Art Merchant who will buy this for 3 LE. You can also keep it as a souvenir if you like. :I
