Does Wynncraft Use Bungee Cord (server Plugin)

There's only one reason I'm asking this and I'm not even sure if anyone has found out how op bungee cord can be. Considering how items transfer on the server this could allow a possible bug to be found. I won't say how to do it or how it's even possible to keep it from being abused. Thanks though if you can tell me.

 

I think Wynncraft uses an adapted version of bungee cord, however I'm not sure.

 

when i use my school laptop i can log in fine, but on my personal i cant, please help i want to play this game alot more ;-;
