Acquiring Credentials
In the past day, I've seen a lot of people asking about various parts of this quest, so I decided to make a guide about it. It's not really a long quest, but it does have quite a few steps (some of which are a little cryptic) that may take some time to figure out.

I'll start from where most people get stuck, and that's finding the entrance (hint) to the black market. It's located behind the bar counter here:


After being refused entrance to the black market, you'll head back to the peculiar old man and be asked to find his flight ticket, which is located here:


After returning the ticket, you'll be asked to head to the administrator office. I know that the location may seem extremely obvious to some, but I have seen people struggling to find it, so for those people, it is located here:


Once in the administrator offices, you'll head downstairs to find a locked door with a guard key hopper to the right. Guard keys are dropped by the security guards roaming around the station, and shouldn't be too hard to find. Once you acquire a guard key, you'll need to head through the restricted area. The quest book explains what to do here, but just in case you don't know, avoiding the light areas will guarantee the guards don't spot you.

Next is the door seal. This puzzle reminded me of an old board game I own called traffic jam. I don't know if the inspiration came from it or what it was based off of, but none the less it's a pretty cool puzzle. Solving it isn't too complicated, and just in case, here's what it looks like finished:


After finishing the seal and entering the door, you'll bring back the file to the black market trader, and then proceed to the storage room. The entrance is located above the trader's area, and the button is to the left of the door.


After entering, you'll be prompted with a question asking how many men starting the airbase black market. The answer is 3. After that, you just pick up the passport and give it back to Doan.

I hope that this guide cleared up any questions people had about the quest. I do apologize about the quality of the guide, as the main purpose was to get the information out there as soon as possible. Have a nice day, and merry Christmas.

I don't get the seal puzzle near the end, any help? ;-;

 

Here's a quick run-through:
1. Move the green and pink blocks all the way to the left, and move the blue block up the top in their place.
2. Move the yellow block all the way to the right, move the red block up so that it touches the pink block, and move the orange block all the way to the left.
3. Move the red block back into it's original starting place, move the yellow block all the way to the left, and move the blue block all the way to the bottom.
4. Move the yellow, green, and pink blocks all the way to the right, and move the red block all the way up into the glowstone area.
Sorry if that was a little cluttered, but I hope it helps.

 

I've done it by now but thanks anyway.

I just found the thread, and it does look quite detailed. Coordinations could've been useful, but all-in-all it's neat ;D
