Duengon Keys Missing

I was running duengons with friends and when we finish the duengon after 3 runs 1 of my friends only receive 1 of the duengon key for the next tier is it normal??? from what i know is a guaranteed to receive the next tier duengon key if u clear the duengon u are doing. if this is a bug or a glitch moderator pls fix it it happen to my other friends from the game when i was carrying them in duengons. thank you very much

 

Well, you can always buy a key. Also, what dungeon were you doing? Also, moderators don't fix these types of glitches.

 

issue is that it should be given no matter which duengon is being done.

if i say i do the zombie duengon but didnt receive the silverfish key im at a lost of 4EB worth key
