    Where do you find the Vervain flower to give to the witch? I found Ginseng and Lobelia but can't seem to find any "dead people" or graveyards for the Vervain flower.

    Outside of the house to the left/west, there is the big crater and behind that a small graveyard with the flower in the middle.

    On the path into the forest that you likely entered from, there is a graveyard to the right. If you did not use this path; from the witch's door, turn left and then go straight, past the crater/pit, and you should see a graveyard in the vicinity soon after.
