Why Won't The Resource Pack Work?

I've been trying to play Wynncraft, but I can't seem to download the resource pack for it. I HAVE server resource packs enabled, but no matter what I do (exit and relaunch Minecraft, restart computer, etc) I always get the same result:

The screen just stops at that, and even if I've left it on for 5 minutes, it wouldn't proceed past this.

What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this? Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem?

I too have been having this issue. Forever stuck at 100%. I've restarted the computer, tried updating java, etc. Nothing's changed :/

While it's cool to shoot arrows from an oak log I'd still like to play with the resource pack.

 

I have a macbook air. It loads, but does not actually turn on/enable.
