Wynnexcavation Site C Bug

Quest: WynnExcavation Site C

What is your issue?: I was starting the wynn exca C Quest untill the server i was in crashed when i logged back in the Purple glass was gone. It says i started it but i still need to talk to Placardus and give the shard

What does your quest book say?:
"Started" Talk to Excavator Placardus at [CORDS] (Requires shard from Site B)

At the starting point
What have you been doing previously?:
Nothing

You sure you don't have it in your bank, or on another class? Also your pictures aren't showing.
