Pack Won't Download!

I was logging onto the server and I pressed yes if i wanted to use the resource pack, and I followed all of Salted's steps. It took over 3 minutes of saying something like 'Downloading terrain…100%'. After those 3 minutes it said, 'an error has occurred…try again'. So I reloaded the server multiple times and did the same thing and it said an error has occurred…try again every single time. I want to use the pack so the game looks the way it is supposed to. Please help!
