Any Way To Get Back Quest Items?

    I was doing the Temple of Legends quest and had the helmet to give to kelight, when i gave it to him as he was talking the servers crashed. I logged back on and the quest book told me to give him the helmet, however the helmet wasn't in my inventory anymore. I tried going to Garull to get a new helmet but I cant. Is there any way to restart the quest?/get my item back?

    /fixquests shouldn't be able to do this, but try it anyways.
