Wait wait wait wait..... What?? 376% Spell DMG, and 95% Health Regen.... How exactly did you obtain this item...? What color is the Mythic tag?

 

I was farming in dernal jungle, I don't know which mob dropped it, but I know that it was either a leopard, jungle viper or a lost adventurer.
It was dropped like all normal items, unindentified, cost around 1270 E to identify.
