    So i want to buy vip but i am not able to becuase i got no credit card or paypal ;/

    How are you gonna transfere the money to their account without a credit card/paypal? Just ask your parents and let them buy it for you and then you pay them with money.

    I had the same problem, you have to make a paypal account, transfer money to your account using paypal and then you can just buy vip with your account balance. Hope this helped.
