What Is Allowed To Be Posted About Relic Quests?

I've been stuck trying to figure out the puzzle for the Wand relic for quite some time. Finally I've given up and am coming to the forums for help. I know that coordinates being posted is frowned upon, but I think that the rules are a little fuzzy for information like where the entrance is or if you need more than 1 person to complete it. Anyone have a list of things that can/can't be posted and/or some hints for the wand relic?

Honestly, if you really need help finding a relic, use YouTube or something, nothing about a relic's location, puzzle, or coordinates can be said in public chat, shouts, or the forums.

 

Blegh, I'm just giving up then. I've checked out multiple videos and repeated them exactly and it isn't working. Can't seem to get help anywhere on the internet so I'm just gonna move on to other quests.

 

But something that has been said in the past by staff is that every relic can be opened solo.

 

The only relics that you can say there loc. is the ones visble from space. (Only 3 that I know of).

 

At this point I'm legitimately wondering if there is a bug in the shrine now, as I have checked many videos and can not get the entrance to open for me under any conditions, so I'm pretty convinced that it's either a bug or they moved the entrance. If anyone could confirm that I'm not clinically insane I would be grateful.
