SPOILER (maybe) Bugged Quest (a Marauder's Dues)

So, I just started the quest and in the book it says I have to find the mage to continue.
But the coords in the book show me that the mage is ontop of the tower and I can't get on the tower normally because everytime I try to reach the tower I walk into a barrier wich pushes me back and says:
Hah, you're so weak I can blow you away with a fabulous air spell.
So, I jumped on the tower by my own (Hunter) and there's only a quest NPC wich says:
Get away from me, flilthy peasant!
Anyone else with this problem?

 

Erm.. I was able to complete this earlier today.. It's possible you missed ALL of the dialogue when going up the path..

 

They did not show up

 

The issue is that you cheated by escaping up the mountains rather than going through the path like the quest tells you to do.

 

I switched server, walked up the path and this time the text showed up ._.

 

i fall into the water hole and then idk what to do in that cave place

 

Grab the "Norsten's will" that spawns at the bottom of the hole, then escape the hole

 

i took the will idk how to escape the cave !i went up and down ...found nothing

 

There should be a rather clear path leading to the exit, I can't really help you more than that

 

I actually got stuck in a block 3 times in a row when I tried to exit the ice cave.
