    Could you please help to reacquire.Also my guild was taken or not there either.Need help with these items.

    I understand that there are glitches at the start.I have spend alot of time on both these things ,just want them back.

    I shall not play till I get help on this matter.I'm VIP-+ have more than just a little invested in this game.If I'm not that important with my investment and time ,then you are not either.

    There is a no refund policy. No staff member will give you your items back, for really obvious reasons. Sorry about that.
    About your guild, no idea what could have happened. Guilds are a stable feature, the most "unstable" aspect of it is the human factor.
    Check with your guild mates to figure out what could have happened.

    Come on..

    98% of the people that experienced this just moved on, got a new armor and are now enjoying the game even more! (that's a truthful stat)
