Apparently the quartz blocks open up to a secret room during the day

 

maybe something happens during day? where are you?
edit: nvm you are in llevigar (didn't read that part)

 

I believe that's part of a quest if I'm not mistaken. There is a door that opens during the day for that specific quest (if I remember correctly, it's lower leveled).

 

This is for a lvl 39 quest lol

 

When the morning comes, you might want to check that out.

Have you talked to the guy out in front of the Gavel door on the beach?
