Killed By A Player...sort Of

So I was exploring Detlas suburbs, and I came across this mob in the middle of the ruins of VIP town.
I'd just like to ask who put this person here

 

I now love all GMs

 

In a former version of Wynn there was an VIP Town, this mob is too remind the "old" VIPS of the good ol' times.

 

I love mobs like these, just rare mobs that'll give you a good laugh the first few times. :)

 

Back in mah ol' day, there waz ah magical town, beeutiful peeple there who traded exotics, and one stood out among them all! Silly ol' rascal gave you a great deal! 64 emeralds for 32! That's a price you couldn't beat, now we've got this fangled new trading system that just requires clicks! Too easy if y'ah askh meh.

I was there when the bovine lord commanded the sun to explode on top of VIP town. The horror.

I actually didn't know this. Seeing that the "Ancient VIP Member" is in full gold armor and carrying a bow, I'm taking that whatever player that the mob was based off was an Archer of lvl 18-30, female player(or male, this is the Internet!)(lenny face). After all, GMs won't make this if it means something, amirite? Or it's a totally random mob that isn't important.

 

The old VIP town...I miss that.

 

Also, there is a retired scam merchant near the gate of Llevigaar, and he is supposedly the scam merchant in VIP Town
