    2015-12-24_17.12.13.png Just achieved level 85, so I was going for a walk I went for my first time to Dogovi, everthing was nice and hot till I found this. A giant black portal but what on earth (Gavel) is it?

    they also said that the content for the higher levels is not yet added soo it is probably an level 90 quest or something... or again... dern....

    Doubt it's Dern, it's probably just a quest. If it was Dern it'd be far far away from any actual content. Just like the Gavel door, it was a thousand blocks from the rest of Wynn content.
