Can I Get Veteran/vip On The Forum?

Title may be misleading.

I had an old forum account about a year and a half ago before I quit win, now a new pc and a few email accounts later my old forum account (which had my vip rank on it) is gone, I don't remember the email or password and I'm going to have a look for the name. I'm wondering is there a way to terminate my old account and make it so I can use /forum Sn0UK ingame to put vip/veteran on this forum account. If that was confusing here's a diagram..

Translation: He can't remember his login to his old account and made this one. His old account activated his VIP rank on forum already. Really, the only way to get VIP would be to A. Buy it again (or VIP+ for that matter), or B. Reset password to old account.
