Broken Texure? (and Outdated Lore On Souvenir Piece)

    So i found this is in loot chest and it says its a bracelet. but it has the normal fence texture.

    Also the bear head I'm wearing I found with a souvenir merchant on an island and it still uses the old Def: system from before gavel and has the old lore. It also doesn't show the stats from the bear head in the compass menu.

    Just identify the bracelet, and things that are unidentified show their vanilla item.
