    Ohhhhhhh, My guess is that the powders relate to elements for example white relic = air and someone had a yellow relic which = thunder. And you can increase the damage or defense capabilities these elements have with the powders..

    Powders aren't dropping yet sadly. They will #Soon.
    Try /forum (Forum Name) in game, it's a VIP rank or VIP+. Vet is those who bought VIP before the EULA update.

    Good guess, because this has been confirmed already. Elements relate to powders. It's also confirmed that the earth element actually reduces powder effects.
    And this is rare atm because powders are only obtainable at shrines (and some quests). But... this is not anywhere near the rarest. Powders now go up to 6 tiers, which means that this isn't anything like the rarest item in the game. And one more thing, on certain items you can use more than one powder. Actually some can have 3.
