Is Percentage Of Element Damage Dealt By Spells Can Be Increased By Skill Point ?

I was wondering if I can increase spell element damage

 

Most spells do damage based on your current weapon, so the more damage your weapon does then the more damage the spell does. Upgrading your strength skill will increase the amount of damage you do, resulting in more spell damage (But only by a small amount).

For example the arrow storm deal 10% fire damage(https://wynncraft.com/help) if I increase my defense skill, will the fire damage dealt by arrow storm will increase?

 

Okay, I understand all type of damage from weapon increase my spell damage but, I don't understand about few spell that have an element detail, like arrow storm that have a detail of 10% fire element at wynncraft.com/help

 

Not too sure, but if it says increasing defense will also increase any fire damage, I would assume it will make arrow storm do more fire damage.
(I'm not really that good when it comes to elements :P)

 

Elemental damage, at least I'm pretty sure, does not affect spells. For example, meteor does 400% damage (I think it used to do 300% or maybe I just read it wrong the whole time). My weapon does 36-44 damage. However, my meteor does 64-80. This is because my weapon's neutral damage is 16-20. That's what the stats on my compass says anyway.

 

The compass is wrong, it only count the neutral damage as spell damage
I tried arrow storm using relic bow(have all elements damage) and the arrow storm have all damage from all the elements and my neutral damage

 

In that case, yes the skill point should affect it since they affect all elemental damage.
