Isn't Hp Regen A Little Too Nerfed?

I get that in battle it might be perfectly fine, but when I'm in town and regen 10-30 hp/s when I have ~8000 HP is bit absurd. I really feel like that when in towns we should be able to rest for a minute and get back up to full hp.

 

It only seems like it's merged because we have more health now, I think the term is more "under powered"

 

I really do think we should have some way to heal inside towns but the health regen nerf is so that health potions are much more valuable.

Speaking of health potions...
Though they're a lot more useful nowadays, I have a few gripes with them.
1) Level requirements
I can understand level requirements for skill potions, but not health potions. Like, seriously, I went and bought the best ones at a shop as a level 10 Assassin because I had the emeralds, and when I was at half a heart and needed to pop a drink, it tells me that "you need to be a higher level". Like, seriously? I'm not trying to get drunk, game, I'm trying to NOT DIE.

2) Health potion regeneration
It's a health potion. It should just give health. Not over time, but instantly. If I'm getting walloped by a strong group of enemies, I need my HP up as soon as possible. End of story.

 

Can't tell you how many times this has happened to me.

It literally takes 3 seconds so it's not a slow regeneration process. It's just to keep you from accidentally slurping down your whole potion. Or just filling up your entire health bar instantly by holding right-click.
