How Do I Throw Away Quest Items?

I have 4 breathing helmets but I only need one, and they're taking up a lot of bank space. Is there any way for me to get rid of them? I've tried throwing them out and putting them in loot chests then closing the loot chest, but I haven't found any way yet.

I know quest items are vital to completing future quests, but I have multiple quest items from doing the quests on different classes, which I have deleted now. Thanks.

Store it in your bank to complete another quest that uses the same items

 

No other quests use the quest items apart from the high levelled ones (level 70+) and I'm only level 20.

 

Full up your inventory with an item like emeralds. When the last slot of your inventory containing the quest item is swapped with emeralds, it'll have no place to go and will drop to the ground.

I don't think it's a bannable glitch abusing, as it's not being used to have an advantage over others, its just being used to get rid of quest items you only need 1 of. Glitches that give you an advantage and being used to do that should be bannable, but things like getting rid of items that you can never use again/can't get rid of I'd say it's fine.

 

Or heres a SMART way to do it.... make a new character, put the quest items you dont want in it... and delete the character.....

 

At the time I used all my character slots up. 1 piece of advice - don't try to act like a smartass if you're not actually going to be smart.

 

I say make an area in your enderchest for quest items you will need them later on and if you throw them away then you won't be able to the quest they are needed for. Just keep them, and if you want space, create a character and keep is inventory for quest items, remember all quest items will stack apart from the different items. Just don't throw them away

 

Wait for your daily reward and put the quest items in the reward chest. For some reason it won't put them back in your inventory when you log out. Quest item free :)

Like I said, I've got a lot of them that I don't need. I deleted all my classes when Gavel came out despite completing quests on them. I only have 1 class right now, and I had multiple quest items. I still have everything I need and /fixquests doesn't give me anything, so I'm all good.

 

Why not: Put ALL of your items in your bank except the desired items you wish to remove. Then you commit suicide. Since if die with 2 soulpoints left you will drop all your items! Yes I know this is a bad way to do it since you will be losing soul points.

 

1. Make a new char then go to a bank.
2. Put all your unwanted items into that char.
3. Delete that char in the class menu.
4. Profit..?
