I Need Help + Huge Complaint

I need to leave my guild to join another guild, I am a guild leader and its just a low guild that i dont care about, but even though i have a chief and i typed /guild leave, it wont let me quit it. can a moderator please get me out of my guild my IGN is Ahmsord and im in the HYP guild. my big complaint is i have asked at least 5 different mods and they do not reply when asked for help with at least a "hold on" or anything.

if i could be removed from my guild i would really appreciate it, thanks
