SPOILER The Headless Hunt

Can someone help me out with this quest? It makes no sense, the NCP says nothing and i'm supposed to find out what's wrong with him. Can someone tell me what i'm supposed to do?

 

This quest requires a lot of investigation go around the village and gather clues.

-Come on people Enjoy gavel don't let people spoil it for you ;-; think and enjoy I spent 2 hours doing llevigar heart and now its one of my favorite quest those damn puzzles were GREAT!!

This was easy for me. Since i don't want to spoil this for you i'll instead give you some clues. Listen closely what the 2 other NPC's say about him and from there piece what the two said together. Clue: which way is his window pointing?
P.S put this together with what the child said

 

Easy.
Find the grave. To the right you'll see the coords. Go there,after that go behind the mansion you'll see a hole. Go behind It, and you'll see an execution. Go on It then enter the cave once a text comes.

I'm level 89... I was stuck at the mansion. The signs weren't clear as to where the guillotine was, so I thought it was in the cave out back because the signa said that the guillotine was out back and that the guy took people underground and tortured them.
