Access To Scroll Merchant Cinfras

    Hey,
    How do I get acces to the scroll merchant in Cinfras?
    I can't find any quest that gives me acces.

    The quest 'Fallen Delivery' is what you need to finish to be able to get Cinfras Scrolls ;)
    Also, If you've finished Acquiring Credentials and Flight in Distress, you can use a Detlas TP Scroll, walk to the Airship guy, ans get teleported to the Airbase right behind Cinfras.
