    The only thing i want to know is where is the villager called Voer? I got the leaf and everything and it just says return back to him, and i cant find him :(

    He's the same NpC that starts the quest. If you can't find him look at the road for a purple-colored trail. One end of it leads to Voer.

    Can someone help me "find a way up the mountain" Im at the mountain I just can't figure out what to do. should I just escape spell to the top or what do I have to do?

    You go up the path and into a little "cave" from there you go into the inside and climb up and go back outside. You should get a questbook update when you are inside.
