How To Level Up Items?

    Hello everyone, in the gavel livestream Salted mentioned there is a tier system for items but he never mentioned how to level up your item through the tiers so I was wondering how do I do this?

    Edit: Sorry I was unclear, im talking about the little thing at the bottom that says 0/3 Slots

    It's how rare an item is, like before.

    Just in case you weren't talking about that, identify your selected weapon again, I think that would work. Not 100% sure on that part. Good luck!
