What Does White Powder Do?

I found a white powder relic but when I attempted to collect it I didn't get anything in my inventory. Can someone at least tell me what white powder does? Thanks!

Powder's don't currently do anything. They will have new features in a later update, but until then...

 

White Powder should be the powder corresponding with the Aer element. Putting it on a weapon will, in theory, give it more air damage/defense or other aer-related buffs. This feature will come in the next update or so.

(I would suggest you remove the image, as relics are meant to be hidden)

You snort it for a speed boost.
