Lag Issues/texture Pack Loading Issues

    Every time I log into Wynn (with texture packs disabled) I get put in a black room and can't do any commands. Every time I log into Wynn (with texture packs prompt/enabled) I'll get the texture pack and lag out. Is there a way to get the texture pack as a actual pack and not just a server pack so I can load it before I log into the server and not have these lag issues?
