Disappearing Skill Points And Arrow Storm

When the Gavel Update was released, everyone's skill points got reset to 0 and they got their skill points back. When I tried to spend some of the skill points, I would lose them, but the skills wouldn't get upgraded. I currently have 20 less than I am supposed to have right now because of them disappearing. In the picture I attached, you can see that I am level 44 and I'm supposed to have 86 skill points, but if you count them above, you can see that only 66 have been used and it says 0 skill points remaining.

Arrow Storm
Since I logged on today and I played around for a few minutes, I realized that my Arrow Storm skill wasn't working. I tried the other skills (leap, bomb arrow, and arrow shield) and they worked. I've also heard from other people that arrow storm wasn't working for them either, but it was working for other people.

 

It's an odd glitch, my arrow storm works on my Hunter, but not my Archer?

 

I'm inclined to believe it is just some bows that are broken. On the same Archer, my Windforce bow works but my Infinity doesn't.

 

But I'm using bob's mythic on both Archer and Hunter but arrow storm only works on Hunter

 

That's strange. Maybe it's only broken with some bows and only on archer? I don't have VIP, so I can't use hunter.

 

This is the reason why they're gone.

 

But that still doesn't explain why arrow storm doesn't work

 

Yeah, I noticed the same thing with my arrow storm about halfway through yesterday
