I Just Lost All My Armor

So I took off my helmet to ID it, and all of my armor came off. My inventory was full, so it just disappeared. I lost rare lvl 43ish pants and boots, and a legendary lvl 44ish chestplate (I think it was a quest item).

Edit: Also, my best wand still looks like the old version, and I can't use it or ID it.

I'd rather not start over with nothing, so I would like:

1. Help from a Wynncraft staff or
2. Help from Wynncraft users.

Well, there were warnings all over the forums so you should have made spaces in your inventory before hand.. And how did they dissapear? it should drop on the ground instead

 

I didn't get on the forum first, and later, when I looked, the post didn't mention IDing. I checked the ground, but there was nothing there. It just said "You can't use this item until you ID it, when I took off my helm to ID it.

 

IT happened to ME! Same exact situation!
