New Story And Cinematic In Low Level Quest?

    Is there any change in low level quests? Do I need to play again from the beginning?

    Something like the new starting quest, running to Ragni.
    Or newly added cinematic for low level quest.

    I haven't seen any cinematic in the low level quests and I've done all the ones up to level 14 so far.

    The spawn area where you learn how to play is much larger and new, but I can't say anything about the other things.
