Euhm... Bow Does No Damage?

    My vile bow does 5-15 damage... This is nothing, I can't kill anything with it, and I have no other bows left for my level since back in the day this bow was great...
    What can I do to improve it because I am 3 lvls short for a Jungle Artifact...
