SPOILER What Is Fruma???

So as all of you should know, The Legendary Gavel finaly came out and i'm having a lot of fun.
But, I decided to create a new class to have a go at the new kings recruit and I came to a guy and talked to him, this is what he said:

"You're one of the new recruits from Fruma."

What is Fruma, is this a new province or something else.

EDIT - Checked the wiki and there's nothing (Wiki still needs updating and i would do it if the email registration would work)

EDIT - Found a book case in Llevigar which has Fruma History on it

 

Is there anything else to guess? Not verything is a twist and turn full of secrets and codes. ;P

Fruma's a new province, the one the Player (you/us) comes from I'm guessing. And if I'm wrong (I sorta doubt it, though), then go ahead an tell me I was.

(Now find as many references to Fruma as you can! :D)

You guys put yourself into your own pit content team, because making Fruma (and Dern, but that's a different story) will take a LOOOOOOOOÔNG time, judging how long Gavel took. Now the question is...
Which will come first: Fruma or Dern?
