This Is Very Strange....

    So as we all may know by now, gavel is out, and so are a lot of bugs and issues...
    However, I noticed that all items that do damage are very much reduced. For example, a bow that once did ~200 damage now does 5-15 damage + elemental damage. The problem is that the mobs still have health relatable to the old damage. This means that mobs which are 30 levels under me (and 20 levels under my bow) are unkillable and regen faster than I can do damage?

    If anybody knows something that I missed or can possibly help me, then please tell me :)

    My damage actually increased from like 60-70 to 80-85 (bad warrior item). Not sure what's up with other people.

    I noticed that my weapon when it had to be re-identified changed, and actually became better.

    As I said in the video, forget everything you once knew about items. Even mobs had their health updated to fit the new system. Don't compare the new values to the old one.

    What I'm really trying to say is that even after re identifying and all that jazz, my "Vile" (my bow) turns out to do next to no impact on a level 40 mob's health, and some level 40 mobs flat out regen faster than I can do damage. All I ask is a solution to the damage and why it might be so finicky for me

    EDIT: I just looked in my bank and a similarly leveled bow does in fact do large amounts of damage.
    So why does the "Vile" bow do only 5-15 damage while a "Jungle Artifact" is in the triple digits?

    Try using your spells. The vile does very little damage with a standard click but can shred with spells.

    The other weapon is very slow attack speed, and the vile has 280 poison damage on top of being fast.

    Considering that mobs at level 40 in gavel have about 700 health, and vile shoots ~2 times a second for on average 20 damage, it would take 17.5 seconds from a level 62 bow to kill a single level 40 mob. If I use spells it gets down to somewhere around 10 seconds PER MOB.
    Once again I will ask for tips on what I might be doing wrong, also if you still believe that the damage is fine I could try and get a video of me shooting mobs sometime tomorrow (I go by PST)

    Edit: Forgot the poison, which has an additional ~90 damage per second, which would still take ridiculously long to kill a level 40 mob
    Edit2: Also one more thing Salted, an oak wood bow does surprisingly similar amounts of base damage.... [​IMG]

    Look at the other IDs, it also adds a raw 22 damages, boosts your earth by 28% and has a good amount of lifesteal. Damage wise the other might be better, but comes with -23% speed and decrease your spell damage.

    Quickly I will explain that the raw damage specifies as MELEE damage, not ranged xD

    Also, I think I may have found the issue, the bow appears to shoot at the same speed as a "slow" bow, when it is supposed to be fast
