When you login to Gavel for the first time, your armour will be put into your inventory. If there's no place in your inv, it will throw it on the ground and only you will be able to pick it up for 20 seconds.

You aren't losing any of your items, you just need to identify them again, as you cannot wear unidentified armours anymore.

The funny thing is, my Champion's Boots didn't even drop on the ground.
Just went to identify it but it just disappeared from my inventory ;3;
