Psa: You Haven't Lost Your Armour, They Just Got Moved To Your Inventory

    When you login to Gavel for the first time, your armour will be put into your inventory. If there's no place in your inv, it will throw it on the ground and only you will be able to pick it up for 20 seconds.

    You aren't losing any of your items, you just need to identify them again, as you cannot wear unidentified armours anymore.

    EDIT: Make sure to let other know, I don't want any unecessary panic

    Wait, you mean to tell me, that unidentified armors can't be worn, and every armor piece you have is just useless until you identify it? Well, I am sure it will turn out alright.
