Powder Mechanics

So now that we will take fall damage in the Gavel update, blue powder actually has a purpose for armor. So now I have 2 questions:

#1: How will they stack? Let's say you have 4 level I blue powders, which each have 25% fall dmg reduction. If you apply one to each of your armor pieces, will you get 100% protection?

#2: Should I wait to apply the powders? The live stream said there would a following update that would include changes/additions to powders.


And sorry if posted this in the wrong section, I'm new to the forums and couldn't find a "community help" section.

 

I'm not sure whether the Powders actually work properly.. Since they are being changed very soon anyways.
I guess we could do some experimentations.

Just put Blue 2 on your boots, it's cheap and easy.
