    I hated that I had to get 64 leather ;-;
    I doubt anyone is selling some though.
    I would go to Katoa Ranch near Ragni, lots of cows spawn there.

    i got good news and bad news
    bad news:its a pain in the neck to get all that leather
    good news: when you get to tol its going to be really easy to level up to level 75 :D

    Trust me, that would cost way more than 32 eb, 1-4 le at most.
    Took me like an hour or two of grinding.

    Edit: grinding leather, if that makes sense

    Haha I got my leather a while ago cause I just manned up and ground for it myself, but, I was able to buy an extra 32 leather from someone for 16 EB :P
