    I have no clue if it's a bug or what. Just want to know how to open the squidy door (the Kraken place) >.>

    Screen shots of correct format of the puzzle would be helpful ;)

    If you're talking about the water puzzle thing, it's known to be a bit broken at times. If you have the right setup and it still isn't working, try changing servers or something.
