Hi. I sent a support request in Thursday.
I hadn't been playing my character for quite awhile (several months). I got back on to level, opened the daily rewards, and threw away a seemingly insignificant item (I couldn't tell, because I couldn't hover over it). I realized it was a quest item when I got a warning, but in a glitch, the daily reward item was added to my inventory, while the quest item was not kept, despite the warning.
I lost the final item of the Bob quest. I had logged off in the area looking for people to help, but I couldn't find anybody. Near as I could tell, that's why the item was in my inventory.
I need the item back though. It's important. If you need proof that I've attained that stage in the quest, I should be able to provide a screencap of my quest journal, if necessary.
I'd appreciate any help I could get. I only post this here because it's been quite awhile since I posted the support request, and it's been radio silence.

    That's sad to hear... :/

Try doing /fixquests on the account you did Bob's Reincarnation on. If that doesn't work, try contacting a moderator ingame. You can do /find [username] to see which mods are on and which ones aren't.
