Hello ppl! It is me again, and today i will show you the sb spawn i builded. I hope you guys like it and as the server will be up i will poste the IP.

Build looks good but the trees look strange.

 

Well not rly ewry week but it is a long time yea...
I think that i sended 4 apply's in the last 4-5 mounths.

 

And this is why my builds look like a joke.

 

The white glass made me cringe.


Swap it all with normal glass, that looks AN AWFUL BLOODY LOT better.
(im getting real tired of people using white glass like this.)

 

Imo Brown panes would look best, I think,

 

Personally i find brown glass to not stand out enough, the window is barely noticable that way.

But it still looks better than white glass, it looks horrendous with anything rustic or medieval or old or wooden or whatever, you get the bloody point.

 

I know, white glass stands out too much imo, That's why I usually use glass which fits with the building, and regular panes.. EW. The diagonal white lines look so weirdddd

 

Would spruce fences be an acceptable substitute? Either for top ventilation or just windows? Especially for this case since the blocks surrounding the windows are oak.

Are you using /br smooth ? Or just select area and //smooth

I find //smooth makes it significantly more natural with terrain! You should definitely try it! It's simply amazing.

 

Spruce fences would work, yes. The color is already used as spruce blocks in this case, and the 2nd color is oak.

Also, I like smooth for somewhat flat surfaces, but It looks weird when you use it in slopes, Imo.

 

For larger glass things i prefer to use stained glass, but for things like windows in houses normal glass tends to look the best.
Although, if the white stripes in normal glass would be transperant, that would make them perfect.
