    I identified my Chacram and there was no Mana Steal on it. So let me know if u have a chacram with mana steal :D

    It's impossible to get mana steal on Chakram. Just letting you know. :)

    You're welcome :) But if you use Squid Daggers, they have mana steal. They dont do as much dmg as Chakram but I was able to solo Bob, CoW, and Death with them.

    It means this thread is completely useless because each item has preset ID's only the values of said ID's change. Chakram can ONLY have mana REGEN never mana STEAL.
