Yesterday, youtuber Sam Pepper uploaded a prank-video featuring two viners, in which one of the two was 'executed', while the other boy was tied to a chair, forced to watch his best friend of five years 'die'.





The famous hacker group Anonymous was informed per twitter of this disturbing video and threatened to attack Sam if the 'prank' isn't going to be taken down within the next 24 hours.





A petition has been started to show that people are unhappy with the existence of the video. It is demanded to remove Pepper's youtube account, or at least the video.

According to the BBC, you(idiot)tube said this video 'doesn't break any of its community guidelines'. If that's true, then you(idiot)tube needs to update their guidelines. This kind of "stunt" will affect Sam (Golbach) for the rest of his life, and the effects will not be good. Sam Pepper and Colby Brock are just fortunate that Sam Golbach didn't have a heart attack and that they are not under investigation for any serious crimes.

I've watched some of Sam Pepper's videos in the past. Some are funny, some are stupid. Overall, I'd give him a "meh". Now? I won't give him a moment of my time, nor the hit on his counters.

 

When his Youtube channel will be taken down, he'll be Sam

Pranks these days are less pranks and more public abuses. Sam actually went too far. The death of a friend isn't something to make fun of. One of the things that hurt mentality the most is to lose someone close to you. I'm sure that Sam is still mentality hurt

 

I really hope that Anonymous gives him a whole new set of videos, and locks him out of his account, every day, for a month. Preferably funny videos of animals.

 

This prank is just beyond awful. I seen some other bad pranks, but this takes the cake.

Sam thinks killing someones best friend is a funny prank? Sure, let's prank him back. Let's kill his YT channel. Got your channel removed? Ah, it's just a prank, bro.

 

He's already sexually harassed women as a "prank", and now he's pretending to kill people? That shit isn't funny, it's actually pretty scary if you were in that type of situation in real life. He will regret making this, after already making a "butt pinch" prank on random women.

 

Wonder how this guy who hacks stuff set up the website where people can sign a petition without being tracked and possibly hacked. How trustworthy do you guys think that random Twitter guy sounds?

As much as this prank took things too far, I am suggesting to @IgbarVonSquid™ to shut this thread down and/or remove it, because this is becoming way too negative in my tastes. We're suppose to be a positive community. Now all you guys are doing is just straight up calling for blood on one person and jumping onto the bandwagon owned by Anonymous.
Speaking of which, why should we sign a petition by Anonymous? We don't know fucking shit about them and they have enough power to hack into someone's Internet. Hell, they can shut down missile defense systems if they wanted to. That basically marks them as a big enough danger to be a terrorist group. We don't want to be associated with terrorists. Look at what happened to the "foreign soldiers" (US, Britain, etc.) who joined ISIS. We don't feel safe anymore in our own country. Anonymous may use their power for good, but remember this: they can attack us digitally with ease if they so wished. Even if I am a bit unnerved by this "murder prank," I'm not supporting a "terrorist" group for their actions of hacking Sam.
