Build Experimental/freestyle Tower

Haven't built in a really long time. I decided to experiment with mixing colors and shapes. IMO, it came out pretty well.

The main issue here is the bottom being so open. It feels unrealistic. Even Wynn, a land of magic, doesn't have buildings that pinched. You want it to be like a woman with a hourglass figure. Except that it is a real woman and the indentation isn't huge.

 

Is it just me, or does the Faithful pack make builds seem a bit too basic?
The build is nice, but IDK about the pack...

 

Could you elaborate? Your explanation is pretty confusing.

I honestly prefer Faithful since it's not too overwhelming like a bunch of other packs.

 

I would consider using slabs and stairs to create interesting shapes

 

The tower itself is meh, not enough detail and block variation.

And i get to enjoy the hideous combination of smooth lighting off and faithful.
Why don't you install the poop texture pack already, it looks just as shitty. (pretty sure there is a poop texture pack out there, idk.)

What @Flubby-Senpai said, the tower is too narrow. I recommend having 2 tiers, a wider one below and then it thins and tapers off
The style is great.

It looks good in general. Maybe have more actual structure to the build. This kind of looks like a magical floating thing. Also try not to use Grian's build school arches because honestly he does not know how to make a proper arch.

 

Then I'd like to see you build a better arch.
